You’ll be treated to a gourmet picnic meal, the opportunity to bid on silent auction items, and premium reserved parking. Once the Des Moines Symphony Orchestra takes the stage, enjoy up-close views of the musicians on a high-quality HD outdoor video and sound wall followed by the best view in town of the fireworks. Proceeds from the event benefit the Des Moines Symphony & Academy.

As a VIP Host Table, you receive one premium reserved table with seating for 10 guests, 10 drink vouchers, and special recognition during the event. Purchase your VIP Host Table in a minimum quantity of 10 registrations for $1,000 (+fees).
Individual registrations are $80 (+fees) and tables of 10 are $800 (+fees). To reserve an entire table, choose a quantity of 10 registrations at checkout.
This is a reserved seating event and space is limited. Reservations will be processed in the order received. First come, first served. Tables must reserve and submit payment as a group. Please make your reservation by June 17.

Information for guests with reservations: Parking in the East Grand and Pennsylvania Avenue ramp will be available to Viewing Party guests beginning at 6:00 PM, one half hour before the start of the event. Please enter the ramp on Grand Avenue. There are no printed parking passes. Guests will share their names with the parking attendants to gain access to the ramp. Please access the Historical Building’s Grand Terrace at the southeast corner of Locust Street and Pennsylvania/E. 7th Street. Guests will share their names at event check-in to receive their table assignments.
