Celebrate our nation’s independence in style at the Des Moines Symphony’s premier fundraising event! You’ll be treated to a gourmet picnic meal, a VIP view of the concert and fireworks, plus premium reserved parking. Proceeds from the event and silent auction benefit the concerts and programs of the Des Moines Symphony’s 2013-2014 Season.
Reservations for this event are no longer being accepted. To be placed on a waiting list, please email your name, number of people in your group, and contact information to Elaine Fogdall at email@example.com. You will be contacted if seats become available. Dinner seats are $75 per person ($25 tax deductible) and $700 per table of ten ($200 tax deductible).
INFORMATION FOR GUESTS WITH RESERVATIONS: The Viewing Party for Yankee Doodle Pops will take place on the Grand Terrace of the State Historical Building beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2013. Please enter the event at the southeast corner of Locust Street and Pennsylvania/E. 7th Street. Parking in the East Grand and Pennsylvania Avenue Ramp will be available to Viewing Party guests beginning at 6:00 p.m., one half hour before the start of the event. Please enter the ramp on Grand Avenue. Please note there will not be printed parking passes or tickets for this year’s event. Guests will share their names with the parking attendants to gain access to the ramp. Guests will also share their names at event check-in to receive their table assignments.
