Dustin Ross

Mr. Ross most recently served as Senior Director of Alumni Engagement & Annual Giving at Cornell College where he led the reorganization of its engagement and annual giving programs, collaborated with volunteer leaders and staff to oversee growth in event attendance and volunteerism and bolstered annual giving totals to more than $2 million.

Mr. Ross began his career in Washington, D.C., serving as a community organizer for a national lobbying organization and then a fundraiser for a political startup. He then spent more than six years in higher education, first overseeing Luther College’s direct marketing annual giving programs before moving on to lead Cornell College’s annual fund efforts.

An Iowa native, Dustin holds a B.A. in English from Luther College and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska – Omaha. While in Omaha, he worked with more than 75 nonprofits to assess fundraising capacities across various types of organizations.
