Dr. Emily Airhart has been teaching cello, piano, and violin lessons since 2015. Her approach to teaching is individualized to each student, with a mix of scales, etudes, standard and lesser-known repertoire, movie/pop music, and music theory incorporated.
Dr. Airhart has experience as a solo, chamber, and orchestral musician. She received degrees from Drake University (BM Cello Performance, 2017) and the University of Iowa (MA Cello Performance, 2020, DMA Cello Performance and Pedagogy, 2022). Her most memorable performance is getting to perform with Michael Bublé.
