The Des Moines Symphony announces the following auditions for the 2023-24 season:
Principal Second Violin
Section Second Violin (2 positions)
Tenure Track Vacancy – Principal $191.58 per service; Section $135.33 per service; 61 services scheduled in 2023-24 (57 guaranteed services) beginning Nov 1, 2023 or by mutual agreement.
All candidates will be considered for the Principal Second and Section Second positions.
All candidates will also be considered for the Auditioned Substitutes and Extras List at $135.33 per service.
