The Des Moines Symphony announces the following auditions for the 2026-27 season:
Section Double Bass (1 position)
Tenure Track Vacancy – $150.77 Per Service (57 Guaranteed Services) beginning July 1, 2026.
All candidates will also be considered for the Auditioned Substitutes and Extras List at $150.77 per service.
All interested musicians should send a one-page resume to cspadilla@me.com and a $50 refundable deposit (check payable to Des Moines Symphony) postmarked not later than Apr 27, 2025 to:
