Charities and other non-profit groups requesting donations or auction items from the Des Moines Symphony should submit this donation request form. Requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event. If your event doesn’t qualify for some reason, a member of our staff will be in touch. Otherwise, we’ll coordinate delivery or pickup for the donation after your form has been submitted. Thank you!
